Career Timeline
After a short spell at Inter Milan, with which he reached the 2025 UEFA Champions League final, he signed for Greek powerhouse Olympiacos.
Taremi made his first senior appearance in 2015, and represented Iran at the FIFA World Cup in 2018 and 2022, and the AFC Asian Cup in 2019 and 2023.
He went on to continue this success in the 2022–23 season by finishing as the top goal scorer in the league and winning a domestic cup double of Taça de Portugal and Taça da Liga.
